Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to our global community of hobbyists (excluding some Asian and remote areas):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or factors beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority! We want you to be thrilled with your slot car purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s our straightforward return process.

Eligibility Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in new condition.
  • In its original, undamaged packaging.
  • Include all original accessories, parts, and documentation.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their delicate and collectible nature, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or with missing parts.
  • Products removed from their original packaging or tampered with.
  • Any Personalized or custom-made slot cars and accessories.
  • Most items listed under “Uncategorized” on our site. These are often unique or rare collectibles and are typically non-returnable. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing these items.
Note: If the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

The Return/Exchange Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Include your order number and details about the issue. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.
  2. Pack the Item: Securely repack the item in its original packaging with all included materials. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to our return address:

  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, we will process your refund or ship your replacement.

Refund Timing & Method

We process refunds within 3-5 business days after we receive and approve your returned item.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to reflect on your statement.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. We cannot refund to a different account or method.

For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product using your preferred shipping method at no additional cost (provided the new order qualifies for free shipping if that option is chosen).
