We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and we are here to make the returns and exchanges process as smooth as possible.
1. Returns & Exceptions
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Due to the delicate and collectible nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts.
- Products that have been removed from their original packaging or tampered with.
- Personalized or custom-made slot cars and accessories (e.g., items modified upon request).
2. Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the issue. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.
- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). - Inspection and Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/exchange. If approved, we will process your refund or ship the replacement item.
3. Refund Timing and Method
After we approve your return:
- Refund Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The timing for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase. We cannot refund to a different account or method.
Exchanges are processed once we receive the returned item. We will ship the replacement product using your preferred shipping method (standard or free shipping) at no additional cost, provided the new order meets the free shipping threshold (orders over $50).
